Restaurant Industry Resources
The Restaurant Supervisor Safety Training Program materials include training guides and tip sheets.
Restaurant owners and managers can use the training guides to conduct one-hour training sessions and educate employees about workplace safety hazards. Tip Sheets illustrate the most common restaurant hazards, and managers can use them to tailor training to the specific hazards in their own restaurants.
Materials are provided by the California Commission on Health and Safety and Workers Compensation, California Department of Industrial Relations and are available in both English and Spanish.
